
If you
think that your arms are strong enough to hold the rope behind a 75hp power
boat while you are on the kneeboard.

You can pass the first step, otherwise you must try to make your arms strong
enough.

Swim with the kneeboard and hold it from
the front sides and put your elbows onto the kneeboard.

While you are
swimming like this, control your balance with your legs and push your bum
to keep the kneeboard front up onto the sea, out of the water.

At this position hold the rope coming from the power boat

When the power boat begins to move
fast enough, pull your bum and two legs together at once, upon your
elbows.

Do not hurry, take your time and control your
balance, put your knees into the holes onto the kneeboard.

Keep your elbows onto the kneeboard front for a while to control
your balance.

If you think that your balance is fine; lift
your hands, hold your arms straight and lay back.

Don't pull
yourself because the powerboat already pulls you. You can control your
directions by your knees and you can go to the sides.

Now you can jump from the waves, go backward and turn with the kneeboard.

You can sit on the kneeboard

Even you can show off on the kneeboard

Last step is standing up onto the kneeboard.
